- Mark Web Attendance From ESS - AMS has been launched most awaited feature called "Web Attendance".Due to COVID-19, employee can't use biometric machine (Finger Touch) to mark attendance.So AMS having feature to mark attendance digitally. One more feature is that If employee working from home and he want to give detailed report multiple time in a day than he can submit report. Below are the feature.
- Employee-Employee can give detailed report to Reporting person multiple time in a day.
- Reportin Person-Reporting person can monitor their teams work day by day.
- Admin – Admin can monitor all employee's day by day activities.
- App Settings- Go to App Settings and scroll down to "Mark Web Attendance" section to enable feature.
- Create rule –Enter schedular time in minutes to mark attendance multiple time or submit report multiple time in a day.
- Custom Geo Tagging (AMS Cloud App). - There is lots of field’s worker in a large organization. HR having difficult task to add these all location in AMS one by one. Now employee can do request to HR tag these location in AMS. After approved by HR, these locations have been Geo fencing enabled and employee can mark their attendance from these locations.

- Manual conveyance From ESS - AMS providing the manual conveyance also.If someone unable to marked conveyance through app due to network glitch or any other technical reason,he can mark manual conveyance from ESS also.
- There are two option to enable manual conveyance from HR portal.
- Specific user- If want to give this option to specific user than go to employee master and set true in “Manual Conveyance” field.
- All users – If want give manual conveyance option to all users than go to app setting and do enable “Apply manual conveyance” option.
- Notice board branch wise – If want to show notice board message to selected branches employee than you can configure the same.
- Analytics reports of DMS –Now HR can analyse the uploaded documents that how many documents uploaded and remaining. also, document can be show category and employee wise.

- Candidate Onboard - A complete process of candidate hiring. Below are few steps.
- Create candidate profile
- Send offer letter.
- Accepted/ Rejected offer letter by candidate.
- Document verification of candidate by HR.
- Create Employee (Employee Id, Email etc)
- Candidate details – HR can view the candidate’s details steps wise also like, how many candidates selected, how many candidates offer letter accepted or rejected, how many candidates HR verification done etc.

Exit Employee – AMS gives us complete process of Exit such any employee. Below are steps for the same.
- Candidate send resignation request to reporting person from AMS ESS.
- Reporting person can accept or reject the request.
- If rejected than employee can do request again.
- If accepted than HR can raise a clearance request to concern departments.
- Department Clearance head can approve or reject the clearance request.
- Employee can see all updates in ESS that what happening with my resign request.
- If all clearance done from concern departments like Account, IT, Department Head etc. than HR can exit the employee.
- After successfully exited, now employee can’t be logged in AMS.

Before that HR can create clearance head department wise, so request will go to respective person only.
